“Beautiful hotel. Great workout area and loved the sauna, steam room and hot tub. I used them all! Breakfast was Excellant. Staff was great. Will definitely be back!”

“Stains in toilet”

“it is ok”

“Very fine”

“Stained bedding, parking isn’t included, out dated. Won’t be staying ever again”

“The most unique thing about this hotel is that it smells so bad that ive never feel so. The smell made me so uncomfortable and caused trouble when trying to sleep. Dont reserve this hotel if you see this comment! ”

“The main parking lot was closed due to repairs to the underground parking lot and you had to park across the street. When I got to my room, my key cards didn't open the door so I had to return to the front desk to get new ones programmed. Staff in the evening weren't very friendly and was agitated when I asked for a couple of trash bags. The hotel itself was okay but the pop machines on the 6th, 5th, 4th, and 3rd floors didn't work so I had to use the one in the Lobby. My next trip to Des Moines……

“Property was clean. Staff was helpful. Didn't use the airport shuttle but nice to know it was available. Nice to have a heated indoor pool. Some fitness equipment was broken or missing.”

“Cockroach in the room, smelled terrible of smoke.”

“Very quiet, very convenient, like it very much, the service is very good”
